American Meth
Last night, Strix and I went to the world premier of American Meth. American Meth is an independent film documentary made by a local filmmaker named Justin Hunt, who went around to several communities in the mountain states documenting the effect of methamphetamine on rural and urban America. There was a rumor that Val himself might be there, and as a result the turnout was enormous. Several hundred people had to be turned away. Although the star didn't show, it was great that so many people came and brought their kids to watch a movie with such an important message.
