On Our Way to Denver
We're on our way to Denver for a week of vacation at the Mensa annual gathering, where there will be a few thousand other nerds having fun together.
We're about halfway there and just ate at a plaace called Thai Mini Café in Poncha Springs, Colorado. Yeah, I don't know what we were thinking, either.

I should also mention the Thai restaurant was also an ice cream shop.
I'm particularly fond of the Thai coconut milk soup. It sounds like they could have possibly served this in ice cream form, too. ;-)

Not that I saw... I've had green tea ice cream before, though. It's actually pretty tasty.
