They don't mind it all too much--and they can't be too tight, as it looks like that end horse has plenty of wiggle room. And there's really no telling where they were headed
I hate seeing things like this. Horses get stressed out really easily.
On the up side, it looks a heck of a lot more stable than those single or double-horse hitch-ons. Those flip over all the time. Maybe it's just a one-time trip to a new and better home. :)
