You're a boss, right? I had to be "in charge" like, maybe twice in my whole life, and 3 or 4 times in grad school. And I always walk away muttering, "it's like herding freaking cats". Or banging my head against a brick wall, one or the other. ;)
Actually, I posted this because I like the joke behind it, but I've always countered that herding cats isn't difficult. The sound of an electric can opener usually works pretty well. :->
