Wine Review: Ferrari-Carano Fumé Blanc, 2003
I had never had a fumé blanc, before, which is basically an oak-aged sauvignon blanc. This Sonoma Valley white wine was very crisp, very clean, and yet very smokey at the same time. It was very enjoyable.
